Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this intuitive GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect email messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, create autoresponders and guard your email box accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mail messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Simply choose the e-mail box account you would like to forward messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
